Transino Medicated Clear Wash EX 100g is a brightening foam cleanser for dull and uneven skin with existing pigmentation — the cleansing step within the Transino quasi-drug brightening routine, designed to work synergistically with Transino's toner, serum, and cream steps rather than as a standalone brightening cleanser. It uses mild, brightening-compatible surfactants that cleanse without stripping the skin barrier that Transino's moisturising actives work to rebuild.
