All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Delivery Time Details: Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched (after processing is complete). Times assume normal customs processing and carrier operations.

The "Eco-Split" Parcel Strategy

To ensure the safest transit and most economical rates, orders exceeding 2kg (approx. 4.4lbs) may be divided into multiple carefully packed parcels. You will receive tracking for each, and they may arrive 1–2 days apart. This strategy also helps minimize potential customs duties for you.
