Pelican Koisuru Oshiri Soap Scrub is an upgraded intensive treatment from the 9.6-million-sold Koisuru Oshiri series — a foaming body scrub designed for stubborn darkening, rough texture and bumps that the daily bar soap alone cannot fully address. Developed and sold at Matsumotokiyoshi and Japanese drugstores as a 3-in-1 scrub, cleanse and moisture product in a single application.

Where the 80g bar uses two scrub types, this 180g scrub deploys four scrub components — soap scrub granules, peach kernel, salt and biodegradable cellulose acetate — in varying particle sizes for layered exfoliation. Peeling agents and nine moisture extracts including vitamin C and tea leaf work together to soften, brighten and plump in the same step. The scrub component contains 146 times more exfoliating power than the Koisuru Oshiri bar soap and 28 times more moisturising ingredient concentration.
